1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Reporting Window: Please inspect your parcel upon delivery and notify our team within 48 hours of receiving it to expedite your claim.
• The Solution: If an issue is verified, you are fully entitled to an immediate product replacement or a full refund processed directly back to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may choose to receive instant store credit if you prefer.
• No Return Shipping Fee: For damaged or incorrect items, Aarla Milano assumes full responsibility for the logistics. We will arrange a courier pick-up from your doorstep entirely free of charge so you experience no hassle.

2. Change of Mind & Standard Returns

We understand that sometimes choices change. If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, we are happy to accommodate you under our standard policy framework.

• Standard Return Window: Customers must contact our support team to initiate a standard return within 7 days of delivery.
• The Settlement: Approved standard returns initiated within this 7-day period can be issued as a credit refund to your original payment method or as Store Credit to use on future Aarla Milano purchases. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original luxury packaging.
